School Administrative Assistant (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Under the authority of the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake and in collaboration with the Kanehsatà:ke Education Center, will report directly to the Rotiwennakéhte Principal. The administrative assistant is to provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school office. The Administrative Assistant will assist the Principal, Head Teacher, and School Staff with a variety of tasks, contributing to a positive and productive learning environment. Psychologist

Under the authority of the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake and in collaboration with the Kanehsatà:ke Education Center, will report directly to the Ratihén:te Principal. The Psychologist’s job is to conduct prevention and screening activities, providing guidance to students experiencing or at risk of social maladjustments or learning difficulties.The role includes evaluating students’ psychological and mental functioning, and promoting overall mental health. The psychologist will work to restore and maintain students’ psychological well-being, facilitating their personal, social, and educational development. The psychologist will have experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, helping them navigate challenges and thrive in their academic and social environments.   * Job Description Available Upon Request

Math Teacher

Under the authority of the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake and in collaboration with the Kanehsatà:ke Education Center, the teacher will work under the direct supervision of the Ratihén:te High-School Principal. The teacher’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all students acquire the essential academic skills at each grade level while fostering an environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
