Our mission
To create a nurturing environment where each student can progress, take pride in their Indigenous roots and become contributing members of their community.
For our school environment to be a safe space that fosters mental, spiritual and personal health; to offer a learning environment that is culturally empowering and instills cultural pride; and to offer a diversified educational program that offers opportunity and success for all learners.
Our Values
Respect: We foster and encourage respectful relationships that build trust and promote a positive environment.
Responsibility: Student independence and responsibility for their academic success and behaviour are prioritized.
Accountability: Students are guided to take ownership for their actions and to be accountable for their effort and involvement.
Community-Minded: Our school is an integral part of the community and we encourage our student body to play a positive role.
Leadership: “Ratihén:te” means ‘The Leaders of Tomorrow.’ We cultivate student involvement and encourage them to make our school their own.
